Technology job openings surged by 8.2% in June, according to job-search site SimplyHired, but some places remain better than others if you’re looking for a tech job. The site’s top and bottom five contain a few surprises.  SimplyHired bases its ranking on the number of tech job openings compared to the number of people who are working in the region.
